OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION
The pre-fab modules are built in parallel with site work, in an indoor facility, with our own, full-time staff. The modules arrive 90% complete on site and are transported and installed in a short time period.
THE SKELETON
The Modules skeleton including all walls, floors, and ceilings are assembled on jigs, which ensures that they are level, straight, flush, and square. This process, makes Plant-built homes extremely strong and durable.
SUSTAINABILITY
Designed for maximum energy-efficiency, incorporating ultra-efficient heating and cooling systems, Energy Star appliances, smart energy monitoring, LED lighting and more.
