We offer Architectural, interior design and graphic design services from small scale to large scale projects.
Throughout planning and design, we work closely with on each project to understand their creative vision and goals. We provide spaces that are thoughtfully detailed, sensitive to the surrounding environment

PRE- DESIGN
Design and construction projects involve several steps. Typically, projects go through the following seven phases. However, on some projects, several of these steps may be combined or there may be additional ones.
Programming/Deciding What to Build and where to build, property analysis and master planning. The owner and designer discuss the requirements for the project (how many rooms, the function of the spaces, etc.), testing the fit between the owner’s needs, wants and budget.

SD PHASE
Schematic Design Phase
The design team prepares a series of layouts, known as schematic design, which show the general arrangement of rooms and of the site. Some architects also prepare models to help visualize the project. The owner approves these sketches before proceeding to the next phase.

DD PHASE
Design Development Phase
The design team prepares more detailed drawings to illustrate other aspects of the proposed design. Floor plans show all the rooms in correct size and shape. Outline specifications are prepared listing the major materials and room finishes.

CD PHASE
Once the owner has approved the design, drawings are prepared with detailed specifications, which the contractor will use to establish actual construction cost and build the project. The drawings and specifications become part of the building contract.

BIDDING /
PLANNING
The owner selects and hires the contractor. We may be willing to make some recommendations. In many cases, owners choose from among several contractors they’ve asked to submit bids on the job. We can help you prepare bidding documents as well as invitations to bid and instructions to bidders.

3. Pre-Fab Design
Our Modules are built to expand, contract and move. Our modular system is in a constant flux. Living in a shelter is living in the environment. Being in a module is being in harmony with your environment. Our modules can function off the grid.
4. Off-Grid
Utilizing today’s Technology in design allows the end user to monitor energy consumption and solar production establishes a reference to what off-grid living is like through automated creature comforts that ‘break the ice’ to an off-grid lifestyle without compromising the surrounding environment or user expectations.
